ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take? We deliver to the United States, United Kingdom and generally all over the world within 7–20 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
How do I track my order? After your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number by email. You can track your package anytime at 17track.net by entering your tracking number.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and United Kingdom. No minimum order required.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@gamastore.net and we will do our best to update your address before shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item — contact us and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Do I need to return the product? No. You do not need to return anything. Simply contact us with a photo or video of the issue and we will resolve it for you right away.
How long does a refund take? Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your claim is approved.
What if my order never arrived? If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase please contact us immediately at support@gamastore.net and we will investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Do products come with instructions? Yes. Basic usage instructions are included with every product. Additional guidance is available on each product page in our store.

Is my payment information safe? Absolutely. All transactions on Gama Store are processed through encrypted secure payment systems. We never store your payment details.
Will I be charged in USD? Yes. All prices on Gama Store are displayed and charged in US Dollars.

Do you have a physical store? We are an online-only store. This allows us to keep prices low and deliver directly to your door anywhere in the US and UK.
Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours the order enters fulfillment and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@gamastore.net if you need to cancel.
